Homelessness in East County: Solutions & Success Stories

Join Funders Together to End Homelessness San Diego for a field trip to East County, where we’ll take an on-the-ground look at the state of homelessness and highlight successful programs and initiatives in the area.

Funders Together to End Homelessness San Diego (FTEHSD) is a collaborative of individual, public and private funders that explore and invest in effective systems change and services to end homelessness in San Diego County. The group is fiscally sponsored by Catalyst.

FTEHSD’s goal is to build a San Diego County collaborative of funders who are committed to solving homelessness through leadership, education, and advocacy; strategic collaboration, alignment and focus of resources; and effective promotion and replication of evidence-based practices in our community.

• Santee’s Homelessness Working Group
• Lemon Grove’s housing success
• How each of these groups coordinate their outreach
