Aline Racic

Aline’s career has spanned the non-profit spectrum, from opera houses to healthcare organizations and everything in between. She spent the last six years in absolute work/life balance bliss as a non-profit consultant before transitioning back to a full-time role as the Director of Programs and Learning at Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties.

Founder of Swift Solutions Consulting, Aline holds an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from San Diego State University. With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and public sector, her areas of focus have included Project Management of complex initiatives, meeting facilitation, collaborative strategic planning, volunteer management and training, and primary and secondary research. For the last 5 years she has supported local social justice efforts through her role as Central Facilitator for San Diego Leaders, a collaborative of social justice/equity-based organizations focused on empowering those in underrepresented communities to achieve positions of influence.
