Join Fund the People and Do Good Leadership Collective for a gathering designed to reassemble passionate voices to once again create movement and connections to protect San Diego’s nonprofit workforce.

This event builds on the September 2024 San Diego convening, which sparked meaningful dialogue and a mindset shift around workforce needs in our region. The aim is to gather leaders across the social impact sector to reflect, reimagine, and recommit to supporting the people who power our region’s nonprofits.

The three-hour event will include shared reflection, grounding practices, and forward-looking conversations.
