Join us for the fourth session of the Imperial Valley nonprofit board leadership series to learn more about the process for becoming an established non-profit, including how to select a financial institution and get support for your nonprofit’s accounting.
Presented by the Imperial Valley Community Foundation and Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties, this final session will provide participants with valuable resources for continued professional development.
Objectives:
- Become familiar with the process of establishing bylaws and becoming a nonprofit.
- Increase your understanding of financial best practices and professional resources.
- Explore resources for continued professional development.

- Individuals who successfully complete all four sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
- While it is not mandatory to attend each session, we highly encourage you to participate
