Funder Meeting
Corporate Members Community of Practice
Tuesday, September 9 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Join Catalyst’s gathering of our Corporate Members Community of Practice, formally known as our corporate philanthropy cohort! These corporate-only spaces will provide a space to facilitate learning, share best practices, and foster connections among CSR professionals in our region.
Our second meeting of the year will be a lunch and site visit to corporate member Mission Federal Credit Union. The session will begin with a tour and talk with Mission Fed staff. In the second half, we’ll be joined by Taproot Foundation and Realized Worth to discuss how companies are evolving their employee volunteering programs in response to shifting workplace dynamics, economic changes, and post-COVID challenges—offering key trends, tools, and strategies to support engagement.
Whether you’re a seasoned corporate philanthropist or new to the space, this event will give you the opportunity to network with your peers, learn about a fellow member’s work, and discuss what’s most relevant to corporate philanthropists.
Topics:
- Tour of Mission Fed HQ
- Taproot Foundation: Strategies on Skills-based Employee Volunteering
- Realized Worth: Strategies on Events-Based Employee Volunteering
