Join Catalyst’s 2025 launch of our Corporate Members Community of Practice, formally known as our corporate philanthropy cohort! These corporate-only spaces will provide a space to facilitate learning, share best practices, and foster connections among CSR professionals in our region.

Our first meeting of the year will be a lunch and site visit to corporate member Qualcomm. This will be an excellent opportunity to network with your corporate peers, learn about a fellow member’s work, and meet Rosella Medina, Qualcomm Foundation’s new Executive Director.

Rosella Medina | Executive Director | Qualcomm

Rosella Medina is a dedicated community engagement professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and compliance. She has a proven track record in managing companywide grant programs, overseeing charitable compliance, and forging impactful partnerships. Rosella combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise in every initiative. Outside of work, she is an active school volunteer, a creative fundraiser, and a devoted mom who brings passion to everything she does.
