Begin the conference with a calming tea meditation experience designed to help attendees arrive with presence, grounding, and intention. Participants are invited to pause, breathe, and mindfully engage with a warm Burmese-style tea through guided reflection and sensory awareness. Offered in a gentle drop-in format, this experience creates space for restoration, connection, and collective care before the day’s programming begins.

Soul Divine Sound Healing aims to bring the intention of Relax, Reset, & Renew. During this experience, guests can expect to participate in a guided meditation, breathwork, and a sound bath done with an array of healing instruments including but not limited to crystal and alchemy bowls, followed by a time of reflection to process any emotions or feelings that may arise. roots.

Color Walk: A Mindfulness Experience

A guided mindfulness experience hosted by Gabriela X from Peace & Love Social Club, the Color Walk invites participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through intentional observation and movement. During this interactive walk, participants are encouraged to focus on colors, surroundings, emotions, and sensory details in order to cultivate presence, creativity, and practice grounding tools that can be incorporated in day to day life.

Food Demonstration: Onigiri

Onigiri is a traditional Japanese food made of steamed short grain rice stuffed with a savory center and wrapped in crisp nori. It is the ultimate hand-held, customizable snack food.

Participants will learn to shape Onigiri and will have the opportunity to make their own, selecting from 3 fillings: Tuna Mayo, Chicken Soboro, and Kombu Tsokudani

Spark Interactive-Holocaust Education in Motion

Spark Interactive brings Holocaust education directly to schools and communities through an immersive mobile museum experience. Combining digital artifacts, interactive storytelling, and guided facilitation, Spark invites learners to explore how the Holocaust unfolded and connect the lessons of the Holocaust to the choices we face today. Through meaningful discussions, Spark Interactive connects the lessons of the Holocaust to social justice, and ethical responsibility, inspiring participants to think critically and act with empathy.

During the lunch hour, attendees are invited to slow down and reconnect through a refreshing cold brew tea experience featuring floral and aromatic green tea notes. This interactive tea offering encourages mindful tasting, conversation, and shared presence in a relaxed social setting. Designed as a restorative pause within the conference day, the experience supports reflection, meaningful connection, and moments of ease amid collective gathering.
