Funder Meeting
Imperial Valley Funder Collaborative
Thursday, March 19 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
This session will bring together both current and prospective funders of Imperial Valley to explore the region’s needs, learn what is (and isn’t) already being funded, and highlight opportunities for impact.
For funders new to Imperial Valley, this meeting is an on ramp to gain a deeper understanding of the region and explore how your funding can support work already underway. For those already investing in the region, it is a space to connect with peers who share your commitment and learn from their experiences.
Together, we will ground ourselves in the current context, share insights into the funding landscape, and begin building a strong, connected rural funder network.
The conversation will include:
- An introduction to Imperial County, including important community dynamics and priorities
- An understanding of the funders already active in the region and emerging opportunities
- Time to connect with peers to discover alignment across the work
The Imperial Valley Funders Collaborative is building a stronger network to grow funding interest and deepen impact in the region. This meeting is your chance to listen, learn, and help shape what comes next.
