Melissa Leon

Melissa has been with Catalyst for more than five years and has occupied roles of growing responsibility. Melissa currently serves as our internal systems coordinator and provides indispensable administrative and operational support for all aspects of Catalyst’s work areas, including managing our website, event logistics, member communication, and critical meeting support. Melissa brings significant office and customer service experience to Catalyst, is bilingual, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands. When not at work, Melissa can be found spending time with her close-knit family and friends.
