What if everyone working to strengthen our region had a clearer picture of how funding flows—and where opportunities are waiting?

We’re excited to introduce the Catalyst Data Hub, a new resource powered by Impala in partnership with Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties. The Hub brings together, in one place, a clearer picture of our region’s philanthropic ecosystem. For the first time, funders and nonprofits alike can see how funding flows, identify potential partners, benchmark to their peers, and explore the full landscape of giving in San Diego and Imperial Counties — through a tool designed to be both powerful and easy to use.

As part of this partnership, Catalyst is investing directly in our region by making this resource available at no cost to every nonprofit or philanthropic foundation in our region, as well as all Catalyst members, through October 2028. Our goal is simple: to make shared knowledge available to everyone doing good in our region.

Join us on February 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. PT for a virtual launch event where we’ll introduce the Catalyst Data Hub and show what it makes possible.

What to expect at the launch event:

  • A fireside chat with Catalyst of San Diego & Imperial Counties on how the Hub came to life and what it means for our region
  • A live walkthrough of the Catalyst Data Hub and how it can support your organization
  • Guidance on how Catalyst members can activate their free access and get started
  • Time for questions and conversation

This is just the beginning. We look forward to sharing more soon—and to seeing how this new resource helps strengthen connections, insight, and impact across San Diego and Imperial Counties.
