DESCRIPTION:- Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees (https://www.gcir.org/) (GCIR) is hosting a monthly roundtable discussion centering invisibilized communities and often neglected topics within the migrant justice movement. All too often, issues of anti-blackness and racism, homophobia and transphobia as well as misogyny and ableism, among others, breed deep misalignment within our movement and bar our collective efforts to transform systems of harm and oppression. Our intention with this 6-month offering is to promote community-building through the powerful tools of political education and public dialogue.
